Join us for an energizing morning Social Run where movement meets community!
Whether you are a seasoned runner or simply want a relaxed morning walk, this is your invitation to move, connect, and recharge in beautiful forest surroundings before an inspiring day at the Congress.
You choose your pace—there is something for everyone! We have multiple pace groups to ensure that you can join at a level that feels right for you, from easy jog to more dynamic running. Each group is led by certified coaches who will be with you every step of the way—supporting, guiding, and keeping the atmosphere fun, safe, and motivating.

Distances: 6K Run or 4K / 2K Walk
Price: SEK 275 (≈ €25) incl. VAT

Important:
Participation is limited to 300 people – secure your spot while they are still available.
How to get there:
We will arrange a convenient bus transfer from Stockholmsmässan, making it easy to get to the start. If you prefer a more active warm-up, you can also take a scenic 1.8 km walk from the Congress Center to the running track.
