Information about legal charges 1 % (“BVG”)
Dear customer,
the rental of all stand equipment materials is considered a miscellaneous rental contract and is therefore subject to the Austrian Fees Act (§ 33 TP 5).
We are therefore obliged to pay a fee of 1% of the assessment basis to the tax office. The basis of assessment is the gross rent including ancillary costs and VAT for the entire rental period.
For this reason, we show the actual amount of the inventory contract fee on both the order confirmation and the invoice (below the statutory value-added tax (VAT)).
We therefore kindly request payment of the total amount shown on the invoice.
